Rates and Rental Prices
At the time of booking, 20% of the reservation amount will be paid, and 7 days before the apartment’s check-in date, the remaining amount will be paid.
Cancellation Conditions by the Guest
• If the Guest cancels the reservation more than 30 days in advance, M&M Mediterranean Houses will retain 10% of the reservation.
• If the Guest cancels the reservation between 7 and 30 days in advance, M&M Mediterranean Houses will retain 50% of the reservation.
• If the Guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days in advance, M&M Mediterranean Houses will retain 100% of the reservation.
Cancellation Conditions by M&M Mediterranean Houses
If, due to any major unforeseen circumstance, it becomes impossible to accommodate the guest in the reserved apartment,
M&M Mediterranean Houses commits to communicate this as soon as possible. An attempt will be made to suggest an alternative accommodation similar to the one reserved by the customer. In case the customer prefers to cancel the reservation, the entire advanced amount will be refunded.
